US - based National Amusements, which owns the Showcase chain of cinemas, is delighted to be launching its brand new Showcase Cinema de Lux as part of the multi - million pound development of the Highcross shopping centre in Leicester.

Opening its doors to the public on 5th September 2008, the 12 screen facility will be Leicester’s first city- centre multiplex and offers cinemagoers much more than just a movie, combining the latest films and special programming with contemporary dining, impeccable service and a full range of distinctive amenities.
