Insider loyalty members need to be at least 15 years old when joining.
Nothing – it is absolutely FREE to join our cinema loyalty programme. No monthly subscription or hidden fees.
Insider rewards are valid for 9 months from the date of issue.

We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 working days during busy times.
Unfortunately it is not possible to purchase an Insider ticket or receive rewards unless a valid Showcase Insider loyalty card is shown during purchasing.
If you do not have your loyalty card details available during your visit please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. On your next visit within 30 days you may bring along your loyalty card and the payment receipt to one of our cinema team who will be able to add any applicable rewards to your account.
