Yes, Showcase gift cards are available in any denomination from £5 - £100 and may be reloaded. Gift cards are available for purchase at your local cinema Box Office.
Gift cards can be used at any Showcase or Showcase Cinema de Lux location in the UK. Gift cards can also be purchased online and emailed to the recipient or posted out. You can also check your current gift card balance via the website.

Our gift cards do not hold expiry dates and should not expire until the full balance has been redeemed. Please note, if a gift card has not been used to make a purchase, top-up or balance enquiry during any period of five years or more, the gift card will be deactivated – to reactivate, please contact giftcards@national-amusements.com.

There are numerous advantages to using eGift Cards including the instant gratification and convenience of purchasing and using the gift card. eGift Cards are perfect for that last minute gift, and they are virtual so there are no delivery or handling charges. Lastly, eGift Cards are an environmentally friendly gift choice.
An eGift Card is an electronic card, as opposed to a traditional plastic gift card, and can be purchased from our website. eGift Cards can be redeemed at any Showcase Cinema in the UK or online.
There are no delivery or handling charges; you only pay for the face value of the eGift Card.

Yes, you can send yourself eGift Cards. When purchasing, simply enter your email address in the "Recipient email address" section. Once you receive the eGift Card via email, you can either forward it to others or print it, then share it.
When you send a digital gift card, the recipient will receive an email notifying them a gift is waiting for them. The email will contain a link to access their eGift card. Once they click on the eGift Card link in the email, they will need to enter their email address to access their gift card. The gift envelope will open and show them the eGift Card, message, and photo/video, as applicable.
All gift cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically happens within 20 minutes, however it could take up to 24 hours. If cards are not received within 24 hours, please contact us at giftcards@national-amusements.com.
As the purchaser, you will receive an email when your gift recipient has claimed their gift. However, your recipient may receive their original gift email and not click the link to claim their gift – you will only receive an email notification once they click the link to claim it.
Occasionally, eGift Cards can be intercepted by spam filters. Please check with the recipient to see if their gift card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible an email address was incorrectly entered during the purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient.

eGift Cards
Once the recipient has received their gift email, they can click the link to claim their card online. When clicking the link, the eGift Card will display with the name, personalised message, photo or video, eGift Card number, amount, and instructions on redeeming the gift.
To use a gift card, click the "Print your gift card" button. Please be sure your printer is switched on and connected to your computer. Once you print your gift card, use it at any participating Showcase Cinemas in the UK*.

Physical gift cards can be used towards any purchase* in the cinema, from film tickets to tasty treats and snacks, and for buying film tickets online.
* Please note that gift cards cannot be used in full or part payment of parties, group bookings, prestige tickets and private hires, or for the purchase of other gift cards.

Showcase Cinemas cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, in many cases we can cancel the lost or stolen card and issue you a new eGift Card for the value remaining at the time of call. Please contact us at giftcards@national-amusements.com for assistance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to convert an eGift Card to a plastic one. The eGift Card can be sent to you for printing and forwarding, the same way you would forward a plastic card.
